Pros
Very little to speak of
Kontras
Company's clients are treated better than the actually employee's that service the facilities. Extremely high turnover in every department. The pay is not competitive and a year raise at best, is 3%. If you are making $10.00/ hr or less, that is only pennies. The moral is extremely low because employees are not valued. There is very little positive recognition given. Management is looking to reprimand and potentially terminate instead of looking to support and cultivate their staff. There is constant micromanagement happening because of inexperienced, untrained managers throughout the company. There are solid managers as well but they are handcuffed by the "constant foot on the pedal" mentality that does not allow them to properly support their teams. Most of the positions are filled not based on talent but "who you know" and nepotism runs rampant throughout the CPSI culture. There is very little to no diversity in upper management but the underpaid hourly positions are primarily staffed my minorities.
