Beware of Informers. Senior Management only believes on Long timers. They TRUST them to the core and whatever they say is GOSPEL truth. Lots of HUSH HUSH talks and one-one Discussion, same question asked 10 times to 10 different people which is really irritating. There is one Supremo in the company and no one can overtake or even utter a word against him/her. No proper Escalation Management in place. HR is like a puppet!!!. Policies are there but it's like a JUNK. Dance to the Tunes of Senior Leaders, Your JOB Is Safe. Transparency is not maintained at all levels.
