Let me go for having BPD, when I raised this as a concern, they realised they wanted to avoid a lawsuit and kept me on with weekly 1-1’s where they would shred me & everything that I was doing (did nothing wrong). Used my condition against me until I decided to just quit because I couldn’t handle what they were doing to me. Overworked me for an ‘accounts assistant’ job which was actually a management accountant role, later when I was let go, advertised for a management accountant role to replace me. Checked on how many times I would go to the bathroom during the day & for how long. Was told to sit down (after my work was already done and after 6pm) because ‘everyone else in the team is doing something & staying late’. Why was I staying late even though I finished my part? No idea :/
