Interview process went really well, the company can go really far with the business outline projected.

Once certain people left that were in leadership, the morale and business acumen went DOWN. It was a truly unfortunate chain of events that eventually led to others quitting and being let go.

There are no pros that I can think of.

Leadership team is ineffective and gossips so be careful what you share. The primary focus is re-cap so if a leader isn't part of the 'in crowd' , they will be eliminated.
