Pros

They provided telehealth solutions to different patients and offered services like remote patient monitoring, access to registered nurses for patient calls, etc.

Kontras

The call volumes were terribly high here. There was also no learning as we had to read scripts instead of providing real knowledge to patients. It was ridiculous. The pay was also horribly low for the number of calls I was supposed to answer. Overall, I recommend you avoid TriageLogic and take up a real nursing job to get the respect you deserve. The management won't respect you here.

Pros

The company has a very collaborative work environment where everyone is willing to help each other. Even the management team is approachable, considerate, and open to feedback. Communication is clear, and teamwork is highly encouraged. I feel valued as an employee, and leadership genuinely cares about both patient care and staff well-being. It’s a positive and professional environment that promotes growth and accountability.

Kontras

Work can sometimes be fast-paced, especially during busy days, but the team works together to manage the workload effectively.

Pros

The cons were genuinely so lengthy that pros couldn’t exist.

Kontras

I didn’t realize I wasn’t being properly paid until about 2 or 3 months into the position. I was being underpaid each paycheck. HR blamed the payroll company and the payroll company blamed HR. This is a vital detail that should never be overlooked. Lack of role clarity and consistency. My position and responsibilities were frequently changed to meet shifting business needs, often without discussion or proper support. Workload expansion without structure. Additional tasks were regularly added without consideration for capacity or compensation. Challenging leadership environment. One owner frequently addressed concerns by raising their voice at employees, creating a stressful and uncomfortable workplace. Micromanagement and boundary issues. The other owner often interrupted breaks and personal time to oversee tasks, making it difficult to maintain work-life balance. Overall, the management style contributed to high stress and limited employee autonomy.
