Senior leadership of department and above, were a lot of secrets and lack of leadership. Set a low bar for morale in the team which leads to high turnover in the role which takes 6 months to learn. The type of place if you lose someone it impacts the whole team as everyone’s workload will increase for 6 months or so. Also diversity is a challenge, where their celebration of pride month is to send the company a link to the Wikipedia page on Pride.
