Pros
The people here can be great - you spend a lot of time with your team so it's nice knowing that most of the people here are nice and easy going. Good stepping stone to develop your career - don't spend more than two years here. Always look for better opportunities, trust me this is not where you want to develop your career
Kontras
Terrible work-life balance. Not an ideal job for someone who cannot handle stress well. Trust me you will get stressed! Upper management expects you to take your work home. You only get one day off most of the time, and even then you're expected to check up on your projects from home. Talented workers don't get recognized. If you want to get a promotion then learn to kiss the right behind. Hard work does not pay off in this environment. Management and HR claim to want to listen to everyone's issues and concerns. Key word: claim. Actions speak louder than words, instead of saying you're going to make the work environment better actually do something! Every month at least two people quit. What does that tell you?
