Everyone there was friendly and helpful when starting out. It was a very healthy work environment with insistence to leave work with work and not have to do any extra work when you weren't being properly paid.

HR doesn’t engage with staff much, but they make the big decisions about who gets promoted, creating a lack of transparency and consistency in career progression.
