Small managers (especially in Glasgow) who clearly do not have the profile of manager and even skills for it . In other companies they would never have been able to accede to the title of manager because of their incompetences and lack of honesty. They abuse their position, which has the effect of spreading an atmosphere of fear even talking on any subject. The communication is at the zero level which of course has an impact on the day to day job. Top managers in the US play with this atmosphere which is pitiful! Fortunately the good elements run away to other companies, all this to the detriment of customers.
