Free lunch every Monday for the staff, relatively flexible in scheduling, products are easy to understand with a good training program for everyone.

Kontras

Where to start, where to start, well for one thing the company has been in business for more than a decade and they have almost no policies for anything, there is absolutely no structure to the company at all and what little structure does exist is changed on almost a weekly basis.

I have worked at TravelNet Solutions for several years and have seen the company evolve through leadership changes, product updates, process shifts, and some growing pains along the way. While not every transition has been perfect, what stands out is the consistent effort to improve, listen, and move forward. This is a company that genuinely cares about its clients and its people. The hospitality industry is complex and fast paced, and TNS operates in a space that requires constant innovation. Change is part of that. What I appreciate is that leadership continues to refine systems, clarify roles, and invest in product enhancements rather than staying stagnant. Pros

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews but I will share that this company is on a very positive trajectory and we are growing. We have a great CEO who is transparent and honest with employees and an ELT that is always looking to improve operations for the better. The departments and teams behind the software are some of the best in the business and there is a genuine feeling amongst everyone that we are headed towards an exciting future. There is a lot to love with this company, including the opportunities for growth, open door approach with management and valuable monthly company meetings. I am excited to be a part of the trajectory of this company.
