The senior managers expect hard work and results; however, they also understand the importance of a friendly corporate culture with open channels of communication. You are always welcomed to provide your input if you think you can help with a process improvement. Additionally, if you are interested in a different department within the company they will allow you to explore that department and even transition in some cases.
