1. WFH or Hybrid Work Policy is Excellent 2. Especially if a fresher or even experienced person can learn new technologies with the proper application of it.

There are no cons as such but some of the things can be improved 1. Employee Leave policy can be improved. 2. There are a lot of simultaneous projects going on so more staff should be hired to maintain the quality of the project and reduce stress on an individual person.
