You are made to feel as part of the team from day 1. There's a feeling of community. Salary in Hungarian terms in competitive.

Kontras

To do the job well, you need to know a lot by heart and the training does not match that. Internal communication is very inefficient and information does not travel on time or accurately.

There were no pros for working for this company.

Kontras

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
