Pros
- Schedule can be flexible if you get a manager willing to vouch for you - Depending on your performance you can relatively quickly progress through the ranks - Every accommodation I'd ever requested was met without complaint - Although you don't get many chances to interact with them, the people are great - It's a remote position, so it frees up a lot of time - Team leads are usually very nice. It feels like they actually care about you as a person
Kontras
- Unpaid breaks and lunches, but you still have to work a full 8 hours effectively making your shift 9 or 9 and a half hours depending on how long your lunch is - Call volume is ludicrous. Not the fault of the company as the client is HUGE, but it can be overwhelming and was the main reason I quit
