-Management is -at most- childish and inexperienced. Some managers are not there because they could be good managers, but simply because they have been there longer than other employees -Some of the managers have a desperate need for control. Whenever they feel they are losing control over their teams, they will become extremely rude and unprofessional, leading to more junior employees leaving -Long hours, however this is gradually (and sloooooowly being addressed) -Major lack of transparency -Not many chance to travel around the world, despite being a multinational company
