Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues
Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.
The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
