Not much workload, not much competition(does this count as a pro?)

Countless red flags during my short 1.5 years experience working there: 1. No room for career growth, there is a "core" team building product, and everything besides that is just left over work any entry level worker could handle. 2. Significantly below average salary. Basically, all the core roles are filled and all openings are either entry level jobs or they have to find a replacement for the tyro who just left. 3. Tons of micromanagement. During my time working there, I constantly receive random instructions/opinions from random people including division president, senior developer and project manager about my work - none of them were even related to the project i am working on. 4. Toxic working environment. Just image that your senior worker who sits right besides you spams foul words every time the code doesn't compile. It actually happens at Transperfect! Worst company I have ever worked at, and not even thinking of going back. And since my absence they must be get on finding another replacement from the market, college new grads or internationals, I wish you read my review and be aware of what is going on at Transperfect.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Kontras

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
