Great learning capabilities in every department. Cross coordination with a range of associates on a daily level to have a full understanding of processes from start to finish.
Kontras
Associates are disposable, easily replaced, and office politics are very much in play. Many many people feel "stuck" and unable to actually voice opinions on strategies to better departments/structure and every day responsibilities. Very closed door culture, but unable to take suggestions on the struggles of bettering the environment. HR is there simply for benefits and on-boarding, forget trying to resolve in office issues. Associates having tenure are very much content with maintaining same job structure as years ago, and even lessening responsibility to pass onto newer hires. Company truly takes advantage of hard working employees and continues to test them each and every step of the way across all departments. Smoke and mirrors.
