Their pay is good work is not bad

They don't treat their employees very well they don't ask us if we can work over they just tell them that you got to be on 10 hrs or 12 not considering the individuals health he or she should know if they can do 10 hours or 12 hours they don't value employee opinion very well at all it's very very bad person feels like they can't do it they don't need to hold it against them it's actually really Ingersoll Rand problem if they need more hours not the ones that already working six and seven days a week then they want them to do 10 and 12 hours more and trying to threaten them give he or she points and stuff make them feel like slaves don't care if they live or not
