Not the company I thought it was - Finance bei Trailer Bridge: Mitarbeiterbewertung

When I originally started at Trailer Bridge, it was a great company or so it seemed. Through the years it has morphed into any other corporate company that you find across America. Employees are expected to forgo family time, vacation time in order to get the job done, yet, upper management rarely does anything. Upper management also has the audacity to ridicule their employees when asking for raises. Comments have been made about how employees need to manage their money better and if they don’t like it, to leave, all the while the pay at Trailer Bridge is incredibly low. Comments like this are extremely hurtful and not conducive of a healthy work environment. The CEO also makes millions of dollars every year and instead of spending it on raises, proceeds to spend it on parties, food trucks and things that do not help the employees pay their bills. Everyone at this company that’s been there for a while touts the were a Family slogan, but in reality, it’s all an act. I can really say is it’s not the worst job you’ll ever have, but it’s not the best. Will you be able to pay your bills? Most likely not. Will you meet some cool people? Most likely. Take a job here at your own risk.
