Work here if you want an Entrepreneurial approach. Work here if you like challenges Work Here if you are happy to live and die by the sword. Their are opportunities everywhere. Its really a matter of seeing them. The company is in a state of change. The Flux associated with such change is painful for those who want a clear and static environment. Thats just not available here. You've got to be prepared to get down and get dirty. In which case theres opportunity everywhere. The Right people can and will make good money - The wrong people wont. Hence the mad range of reviews on Glassdoor. Personally I love the rush of the place. We are small, yet global, Established yet behave like a start up. That's fun if you don't mind the pressure. It's just quirky.

You wont find stability Management are erratic The change that the company is going through has been painful to some employees, who badmouth the place. create a bad vibe then leave! There view is too narrow but management don't do a good job of selling their positives Not for the feint hearted.
