Management is actually listening to their employees. The HR department is involved in the employees’ career and has regular contact with them. There is room to learn and suggest ideas.
Kontras
No framework is used, everything is in-house so improving knowledge on some technologies other than Java can be difficult. Some of the code base is a little outdated and in dire need of cleanup/best practices implementation. It can be difficult to evolve in your role if you want to be involved in more than just development.
