I had an amazing interview experience with Tradeweb! The interview process took about 3 weeks, mainly over Zoom, with a final in-person round. The team was very accommodating with my schedule. I met many individuals in the organization and learned more about the company during each round. After being hired, I quickly found the company culture and HR team to be fantastic! Everyone was welcoming and supportive, making the transition into the company smooth. It's a growing and innovative company with a fast-paced and exciting environment. The office is really nice, fully stocked with tons of snacks, and conveniently located near all major subway lines. I'm truly so lucky to work at Tradeweb and I highly recommend working here!
