Traders has great internal promotion opportunities. They look closely at internal candidates for open positions, even if experience is limited. The leadership is some of the best for supporting employees and being understanding when the unexpected happens outside of work. The work life balance at Traders is great compared to others as the workload and stress felt while working is much less than larger companies. One of the best things about Traders is the ownership and their focus on creating a work culture that you want to be involved in. It's easy to buy in to the company culture and want to stay with the company long-term.

The pay is lower than other companies, however, it is a worthwhile trade for a good work environment and supportive leadership. It would be nice to see the pay increase as the company grows.
