There is a lot of push and pull and it is a team London vs team Denmark situation. Most leaders have big egos, and they make it look like teams can do the work their way, but they micromanage in many subtle ways behind the scenes. Most leaders' backgrounds don't match their job title. They spend money on things they can show off externally to attract talent, but don't solve the real pain points of the employees. No career growth.
