The management was using other employees to spy on us, my direct manager stole from me, a lot of jealousy from the English team, honestly it's great if you work in HQ, but do not work in England for this company it is not worth it.
They would take some employees on dinners and tell them who they thought they would fire in the next six months, they make employees spy on the others.
The management has no ethics, no appreciation for work being done, when any other team than the English one gets the biggest bonus they pout like babies.
