Trackonomy has pathetic leadership, and this is the source of nearly every problem here. Most of the current issues would disappear if this company had capable leaders. The current ones are completely incompetent, and none of them make any effort to help. Supervisors are rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, and proper solutions to the issues we face never come from them. The two or three actually experienced people in leadership could not care less.
