They care about everyone's input and are constantly doing what they can to make a better work environment and stay up to date on trends in our business. The open door style is nice. I have not worked with a more professional and equally understanding team.

There are a lot of meetings... had to put a con... there aren't many becaue if there is a problem they work together to find a solution. Really is a great team.

This company treats itself like a family in many ways. We also have a lot of freedoms that many other companies do not allow. We celebrate success together and it really makes coming to work in a comfortable environment enjoyable.

There really aren't too many cons about this company. I've noticed in general there seems to be a good attitude from many of the employees I've spoken with and if there are any complaints it can be chalked up to just having a "bad day" overall.
