Trace was great to work with, they took care of their employees and paid well. I was on a contract in Afghanistan and they regularly sent us shirts and other things, Christmas presents and the like. Upper management was in touch regularly and kept us informed.

It was struggling to grow from a small company to a larger companies, some systems were in between and some weren't there yet.
