The workforce are friendly and easy to get on with. Depends on time of year but usually it is a bit relaxed in the depots.
Kontras
From the Directors down to line managers are too busy keeping the drivers morals low as possible. They look for anything in which they can deduct a drivers pay. They owners have no respect for the workforce. On another not... Management encourage bullying of drivers by officials.
