Pros

Lots of PTO if you can use it. Excellent technology and systems based in precursor companies, Morrison and Crothall. If you play golf, you can become a leader here, even with zero to no operational wherewithal.

Kontras

People are an afterthought. Powerpoints are celebrated more than true operations. “Leaders” are highest from the lowest bidder of the candidate pool. Unethical leadership that plays “funny” money with the clients expenses. Zero constructive feedback. Absentee regional support, unless there is a win, or their lack of leadership requires them to come onsite to drive a bus over you.

I liked (most of) my fellow coworkers

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
