Pros

TouchPoint has a clear mission, to serve our patients with compassion. Most of my interactions with corporate leaders reflected that.

Kontras

Work life balance was difficult. Working in a hospital means you are on call 24/7. Makes it hard to find balance.

I liked (most of) my fellow coworkers

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
