      1) Small company - any member of the staff can contact the CEO either in person or on Teams 2) Excellent work culture and team spirit 3) Proactive management 4) Successfully implemented working from home environment which avoids the stress of having to commute in London allowing for a better work/life balance

      Sometimes working from home can cause isolation

      very unorganized; going through re-structure so many seasoned employees are being laid off and replaced by outside persons; workload to employee ratio is high
