The team at Torchlite is an awesome one to work with. Everybody here shares the same goal and is willing to help each other when need be. Collaborative working space. Relaxed environment compared to most companies, but not too relaxed. Everybody stays motivated to keep bringing Torchlite to the next level, which keeps the energy high. Lots of room for growth.

The benefits might not be as good as some of the larger companies around, but it's a start-up company so that's expected.

The work environment was generally flexible.

During my time with Torchlite it felt like there was a general lack of understanding of what the company wants to be today and in the future. Leadership was not aligned on direction and unable to define complementary success measures across teams which often led to confusion and conflict across the organization. There were moments of promise, but very little follow through and the high turnover of employees made it hard to get any kind of traction.
