Three years in and raises barely keep up with inflation. You want to learn a new machine? Here's an extra ten cents. Not a typo. Management celebrates record profits at town halls while floor workers see pennies. They opened a whole new sauce department that was planned for two years and when it came time to post it as a new position to apply for, they still couldn't tell us the potential pay increase in front of everyone. No structured career path. You're not moving up here, you're just moving sideways. More responsibilities, more machines, same pay.
