Notice the other 1 star reviews for this company. Notice how many reviews a company of size ~40 people has. They have been asking people that have just started to leave 5 star reviews to combat the 1 star real reviews former employees have been leaving. This is not a rumor. This is confirmed. You will be publicly humiliated and yelled at in large meetings by the CEO/CTO They will ask you to start as soon as the interview is over. This is because their hiring practices are horrendous. They will likely fire you within a month if you're on the business side. Over the time I worked there at least 20-25 people had been fired. The actually number is probably much higher as it wasn't uncommon for someone to introduce themselves and be gone a week or two later. I reiterate, this is a 40 person company. This is NOT normal. When people are fired they disappear. There is no mention that they are no longer with the company. Any projects or deliverables that were coming from them disappear as well regardless of if it's a requirement for any other project. The roadmap for feature development and projects is unorganized and chaotic. Not in a start up way, but in an unorganized business way. They don't know where they're going and the future does not look promising. You will be pinged on vacations and weekends. If you are on PTO and something goes slightly wrong with a project/PR you were working on, you will be fired. Almost all the employees there are actively trying to leave. Almost all talk behind closed doors about how terrible it is. They do not value you as a human being. You're expected to be available any time of the day. You are expected to work 10+ hour days. If you have any issue in your life that prevents you from working 10+ hour days you are fired. While working a 10+ hour day you are not allowed to take longer than a half hour lunch (1 hour now if it's "culturally relevant"). You are also not allowed to leave your computer and take a 15 minute break as you're expected to be green on slack all hours of the day. Don't work here. Don't believe the fake reviews. It is not worth your mental health. This is not just a one off jaded review, look at all the other 1 star reviews and compare the amount of thumbs up to the fake 5 star reviews.

Good team members, everyone outside of management is hard working.

Kontras

CEO needs psycological help. Don't read these comments and think, "what a challenge! I will be the acception." You wont. Worst job i've ever had, Horrible management team, especially CEO who is not self aware and a deeply disturbed individual.
