Despite the appearance of females in the C-suite, it's an old boys' club with teachers' pets getting rewarded after stealing credit for others' work. It's disheartening to see fresh, professional talented people leave, but there's little to keep anyone at Toppan Toppan Merrill (even the name and logo are terrible). Salaries aren't competitive, and bonuses non non-existent (when that news was delivered to me my manager actually said that there were times that employees didn't receive their salaries and I should be grateful). Really? Who says that? And promises of improvements - as well as the new SaaS product that is a category killer - are empty.
