- After the internal political struggle, the CTO, team lead, and product owner ha left. There is no local manager for the development team in Finland. - The top managers from Topcon do not really care about software development since it's not their main source of income. - Their way of handling human resources is the worst as far as I know. Many people have left because of the uncertainly inside the working environment. - The codebase from the current project is horrible, the technical debt is huge. There is no documentation and most of the people with the project's domain knowledge had left. - I would not recommend this company to anyone that has a plan to change company unless you are unemployed.
