You can see the millions of dollars C-Suite Execs makes. You can afford to give your employees some more days off, better 401k, or stock options. I’ve worked at companies so much smaller, that make way less money, that offer better benefits. It’s 2024 and companies are stepping up their benefits packages. TopBuild should be doing the same
