I'm really sorry you feel this way. I would have appreciated more details in your feedback so I could respond better. We don't actually have many juniors here at ToolBox. We push technology and process to the edge of the envelope and have the best of the best technologists, analysts and merchandisers in the business that help us deliver our products and services. As of the writing of this persons review, Feb 2014, the direction has been crystal clear where we are going both from the merchandising and technology side of the business. We are going to blow the doors off the industry with our new offerings which has been in the works for some time. It's not a complicated recipe here at ToolBox. The best skilled people with great personalities come together to do great things. We are all in it together. We care for one another. We care about this company and want to do things right. Not everyone gets us, we know that but for those that do, it's the best place to be.

Pros

They tried pretty hard to make everyone happy but I just remember the place being super under staffed which was very not good.

They were really disorganized with stuff which made it harder to get things done which I and a lot of others found frustrating.

The truth is that we were understaffed in some areas. ToolBox was acquired by SPS Commerce in Jan 2016 and since then, no one has been let go and we have had a number of new positions added. We follow an agile process. As per the agile manifesto, we actually do respond to change over following a ridged plan. Some may think this is disorganized. We’ve had ZERO turnover in development in years, not everyone gets agile. Our ridiculously low attrition rates would argue with what this person is saying. We are anything but disorganized. The owners do not drive 200k cars, they drive pickup trucks and SUV's every day. That is just a bold faced lie. Ridiculous. Our compensation package is very competitive with the market. It’s a performance based culture, bring more value and you are compensated appropriately. We pay for certifications and push people. Some people refuse to get better and grow themselves and post drivel like this instead. Check out our job postings to see how we’re growing!
