The worst company I have ever experienced. I am disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this company. Despite only being with the company for four days, I was given numerous project management tasks. I was informed not being qualified for doing business development, which is totally inappropriate. The company is not clear about what their product/service is and requires me to do business development. I even do not have time to conduct market research for a business development strategy. Additionally, I am unclear about the company's strengths and capabilities, as well as its target products or services. I believe there is always a learning curve when joining a new company, but I feel like I am not being given the chance to succeed. It seems that the company may have offered me the wrong position, as my strengths and qualifications may not be aligned with what they truly need.
