Good salaries. Casual work atmosphere. Great location. Great benefits.

Very bad leadership. Japanese leaders tend to forget they're no longer in Japan. Asians are the preferred hire. They'd hire and promote an unqualified Asian, well before hiring or promoting Americans, women, or minorities. Politics are very bad. If you're not Asian, your ideas and value to the company will never be respected. They tend to think Asians are the best workers. Management style is very reactive. No strategy. No vision. If it wasn't for Toyota providing the foundation, TRAM would never exist in the U.S. market as a tier 1 automotive supplier.
