      Salary is good and management are decent.

      The admin staff member inducting new staff is overly flirty and sends lots of messages, which was a pattern for all young female staff.

      Great Mission for kids and families.

      Kontras

      Leadership is very inexperienced and have taken on too much to lead this organization to the success it should be able to obtain. A Masters in Public Administration isn't quite what you need to lead and be successful with a small nonprofit. Experience is key and the 2 leaders don't have it yet even though they are trying,
