Pros

Excellent people. Management tries very hard.

Kontras

Devolving. Some plants are using machines so old (WWII) that they can no longer be repaired because there are no parts. Failure to keep assets upgraded and invest in infrastructure. Pay has stagnated, benefits, once excellent, have become mediocre in the last 4 years. No true investment in the future, simply the now. Very high stress, very demanding. Sink or swim culture. Too many lay offs. No longer viewed as the prime employer/partner once so highly regarded.
