Constant layoffs in Aerospace plant. Educational reimbursement capped at $21k for undergrad program and $36k for masters. Able to quickly hit ceiling if applying oneself. Seniority on the manufacturing floor predates actual Timken ownership - this causes animosity and lack of participation.
