1) Great work culture. 2) Brand name

1) Poor compensation. Huge variance in salaries across same designation/band. 2) Biased performance management system. Old and employees with vintage have taken up all easy/big accounts leaving the newer guys to fend for themselves and eventually get poor or average rating. Even if you outshine older guys in the system your evaluation would still be average for no apparent reason, 3) Limited learning.
