Bad Experience working at Timeless. - Software Developer bei TimelessMIND: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Hello - I was hired as a full time employee. Saw the previous review and was hesitant in joining the company at first, but let me just say, that this is one of the greatest decisions I made. Great experience with most up to date technologies, good exposure to Mobile, consumer as well as enterprise related tools and technologies. Appreciation was great by peers and managers for innovation and good quality. Good structured bonus last year, and very competitive salary as well to other similar companies.

Commute was a bit far for me, but flexible hours made up for this.

Health Insurance is provided but only for full time.

I joined as intern for 4 months for software development. The work culture is messed up because management does copious micro-management. The co-founder works as developer and wants everyone to follow his style of coding. The workplace setup is depressing in sense that the co-founder overhears everything being discussed and interjects often to push other junior developers to follow his style. They don't follow any software design methodology. Whenever there's a new development task, the co-founder gathers the other developers and sits with them and make them code.
