Pros
I worked in TTT for 6 months as a part of my mandatory internship. It was indeed a great learning experience and it for sure developed my engineering aptitude. Imagine, just out of college and you are handed to conceptualize and later delve into the mechanical designing, of a high end robotic device (First in India initiative ) definitely an opportunity rare to find. So the pros I feel: * There' s a lot of scope for you do a great deal of engineering innovation. You will be doing things that will give you a sense of satisfaction, that YES you are doing some good work! * The team at TTT is looking for people who can in addition to the engineering work can lead the project, interact with clients, talk to vendors and other key pillars of the project. So a great place to develop techno-managerial skills. * Unlike my earlier perception of bossy bosses, and uncooperative colleagues, people out there are really helpful, kind, caring and definitely witty. You will have a great time with them. * You will have the freedom to work as per your convenience (9AM-9PM, pick your own time slot :P) * The bosses are concerned about your personal growth and will help you to strive harder, help you with setting your personal targets and will help you grow in your career
Kontras
For me it was like, when going get easy, I got easier. The comfort, and peace you'll be getting working at TTT can perhaps make you so complacent that you may not strive more and won't be giving your personal best.
