Pros
The environment at Time Equities is highly entrepreneurial. Many people start there as administrative assistants and move on to become property managers or leasing agents. There is a lot of freedom to pursue passion projects and interface with other departments.
Kontras
Salaries are extremely low across the board for entry-level staff and younger professionals. Senior managers make a ridiculous amount of money despite questionable training and leadership (or lack thereof). There is little to no consistency between different teams and poor communication is very common. No effort is made to retain talent.
