The company takes their business seriously, but helps their employees grow. - Clientele are friendly and easy to work with. Most of homeowners remodeling, and looking for sincere advice to make their homes look better.

- No job growth. There are no positions to move up from. - Need trade discounts. There are other vendors that supply trade discounts where we loss business. - Reorganization of showrooms. Need to update some displays.

Great management and coworkers. Relaxed, fun atmosphere. Paid 1/2 hour lunch. Sick leave and paid time off. Fun activities outside of work.

Can be slow at times. No holiday pay. No opportunities for advancement.
